Sellal in Laghouat Wednesday for working visit

LAGHOUAT (Algeria)- Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal is to make a one-day working visit to the province of Laghouat (400-km south of Algiers) on Wednesday, during which he will inspect the execution of development projects.The prime minister, as part of the implementation of President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika’s programme, will inaugurate, launch and visit many projects and facilities, coming under the ministries of the Interior and Local Authorities, Higher education, Housing, Industry, Energy, Public Works and Agriculture.
Sellal, to be accompanied by a ministerial delegation, will inaugurate the Centre for Research in Islamic Sciences and Civilisation and a faculty of medicine.
In Laghouat, the premiere will launch a 900-housing unit project in Aflou and a cement work project with a capacity of two million tonnes per year in El-Beidha.
He will put into operation a 51-km road section on trunk road linking Laghouat to Bellil before inaugurating two plants and visiting other projects.
